Another anime fan - how marvellous! (We have a rather large collection here at home.) I'm not really a fan of the 'panty-shot' at all - but I do admit liking the jiggling cleavage fan-service, even as it irritates me because it often distracts from the character-building :) There are some that save the fan-service for the end credits, and those get my votes!
